This comprehensive 200-hour programme combines advanced floral techniques with the creative, practical and business knowledge needed to build a career in event floristry. We give you the foundations, professional insight and tools to develop your own style and turn your passion into a profession.
As part of the programme, students gain extensive supervised practical industry experience, applying the skills and techniques covered during the course through practical exercises, professional design briefs and hands-on training.
You will learn how to:
prepare and condition flowers for wedding work
interpret and develop a wedding floral brief
create bouquets, personal flowers and table arrangements
design and practise floral installations
work with seasonal flowers and sustainable techniques
plan floral production and calculate quantities and materials
work efficiently within professional timeframes
present finished floral designs professionally
work as part of a floral team
You can enrol in the complete programme or choose individual masterclasses to focus on subjects that match your interests and professional goals. Most classes are taught in person, with selected modules available online.
Upon successful completion of the full programme, you will receive a Certificate of Participation (200 hours).
